Our children's programs combine life skills, gross motor movement, balance drills, and strength training with an emphasis on education. We work with our children to develop life skills such as modesty, courtesy, integrity, self control, and perseverance. These skills transfer to the academic arena. This is achieved by teaching them respect and self discipline. This focus offers ways for them to learn dedication that will help them become successful in life.

LIL' CHAMPIONS PROGRAM:

• At this level, children really get excited about their karate training.  Drills taught in this class improve hand-eye and foot-eye coordination.  This is an asset in multiple activities such as baseball, dancing, soccer, and basketball.

  At this stage, there is continued emphasis on building self-confidence, self-discipline, and balancing family life, school and sports.

BASIC CHILDREN'S KARATE PROGRAM:

• At this level, children really get excited about their karate training.  More advanced techniques improve hand-eye and foot-eye coordination.  This is an asset in multiple activities such as baseball, dancing, soccer, and basketball.

  At this stage, there is continued emphasis on building self-confidence, self-discipline, and balancing family life, school and sports.

CHILDREN YELLOW BELT THROUGH BLUE BELT

• For children working on their karate skills
